What data Pixo handles through this website and through our internal Pixo Automation app, why, and how you stay in control of it.

The Pixo Automation app
Pixo Automation is an internal tool used only by the Pixo team; it is not offered to the public. It signs in with the company’s own Google account and accesses:
- Google Drive — limited to the company’s “/Pixo Automation/” folder.
- Google Docs — the documents in that folder: quotations, contracts and client files.
Why it needs that access
The app turns meeting notes into quotations and contracts and files them in the right place in Drive. It reads and writes nothing outside the “/Pixo Automation/” folder and uses the data for no other purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties. Data accessed through Google stays in the company’s Google account.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account’s Security settings, under “Third-party apps & services”.
This website
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use what you send only to reply to you.
